1. The right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
2. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically acquires it.
3. Notification of withdrawal
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (OUTRGS VoF, Beppy Nooijstraat 43, 2331HT Leiden, firstname.lastname@example.org) by an unambiguous statement (e.g. written by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to rescind the agreement. You can use the return ticket and the original post box to send back the item (together with the order confirmation you have received by email).
4. Compliance with withdrawal period
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
5. Consequences of withdrawal
If you rescind the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of method of delivery other than the standard delivery we provide) and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to rescind the contract from us. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly otherwise consented; in any case, you will not be charged for such a refund.
6. Right of retention
We may wait for the refund until we have recovered the goods, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, depending on which time the first falls.
7. Return of the goods
You must return the goods to OUTRGS VoF without delay, but at least no later than 14 days after the day on which you decide to rescind the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day deadline has expired. Use the following for returning the goods:
• Re-use the original OUTRGS post box
• Use the "Return Label" and stick this on the OUTRGS post box
• Add the item together with the order confirmation in the post box
8. Cost of return
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you.
9. Impairment Compensation
You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
